Scope

This standard specifies the process, technical requirements, process parameters, process methods, tools used and inspection methods for interference fit riveting of HB 6298 "Flat Cone Head Rivets". This standard is applicable to airtight cabins, integral fuel tanks and other sealed structures with aluminum alloy interlayers and a thickness of no more than 10 mm, as well as structures with higher fatigue performance requirements.
