Scope

This standard specifies the method principle, reagents, instruments and analysis steps for determining the pH value of metal heat treatment salt bath aqueous solutions using the acidimeter method. This standard is applicable to the determination of pH value of aqueous solutions in metal heat treatment salt baths (high-temperature salt baths, medium-temperature salt baths and nitrate salt baths). Measuring range: pH4.0～12.0
