This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of food additive compound loosening agents. This standard applies to composite loosening agents (also known as foaming agents) prepared by mixing evenly a certain proportion of alkaline loosening agents, acidic loosening agents and fillers that meet food hygiene requirements in compliance with the "Hygienic Standards for the Use of Food Additives". (baking powder, foaming powder, baking powder), mainly used as a quick loosening agent for flour products.
