Scope: This standard specifies the general requirements for self-monitoring of pollutant discharge units in the wood-based panel industry, the basic content and requirements for the development of monitoring plans, information recording and reporting. This standard is applicable to the self-monitoring of the water and gas pollutants and noise emitted by the waste-discharge units in the artificial panel industry during the production and operation stage, as well as the impact on the quality of the surrounding environment. The self-monitoring requirements for self-prepared thermal power generating units (factories) and supporting power boilers shall be implemented in accordance with HJ820.
