- This standard specifies the ion selective electrode method for the determination of water-soluble fluoride and total fluoride in soil. This standard is applicable to the determination of water-soluble fluoride and total fluoride in soil. When the sample volume is 5.0g and the sample pipetting volume is 40.0ml, the detection limit of this standard method for determination of water-soluble fluoride is 0.7 mg/kg, the lower limit of determination is 2.8 mg/kg, and the upper limit of determination is 125mg/kg ; When the sample volume is 0.2 g and the sample pipetting volume is 20.0 ml, the detection limit of the method for determining total fluoride is 63 mg/kg, the lower limit of determination is 252 mg/kg, and the upper limit of determination is 1.25×104 mg/kg.
