- This standard specifies the material, manufacturing, inspection and acceptance requirements for the urea carbon dioxide stripper in the urea plant. This standard is applicable to the lining structure of ultra-low carbon urea grade austenitic stainless steel (hereinafter referred to as urea grade stainless steel) whose shell side design pressure is not greater than 3.0MPa, tube side design pressure is not greater than 16.6MPa, and design temperature is not higher than 225°C. Urea carbon dioxide stripping tower (hereinafter referred to as stripping tower).
