Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements, evaluation process, evaluation results and reports for risk evaluation of polyethylene pipelines for urban gas. This standard is applicable to the risk assessment of polyethylene pipelines for urban gas with operating temperatures between -20°C and 40°C, working pressures not greater than 0.8 MPa, and nominal outer diameters not greater than 630 mm.
