- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage and transportation of cumyl phenyl phosphate. This standard applies to cumyl phenyl phosphate synthesized from phenol, propylene, and phosphorus oxychloride. It also applies to cumyl phenyl phosphate synthesized from cumene and phosphorus oxychloride. Cumenyl phenyl phosphate is mainly used as a flame retardant plasticizer for polyvinyl chloride resin and various plastics, synthetic rubber, and polymer material products.
