Scope
This standard specifies the form and basic parameters, design and technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage, complete set scope and use guarantee of magnetic drive centrifugal chemical process pumps. This standard is applicable to magnetically driven centrifugal chemical process pumps that transport flammable, explosive, volatile, toxic, corrosive and valuable liquids with a relative density not greater than 1.84. The rated performance range is: rotation speed 1450~2900r/mir; flow rate 6.3~400m^(3)/h; head 5~125m. The maximum working pressure of the pump and the temperature of the conveyed medium are divided into three levels according to the material of the pump shell: the shell is made of metal. The maximum working pressure is not greater than 1.6MPa, and the temperature of the conveying medium is not higher than 220°C; if the shell is made of acid-resistant ceramics or a metal material is used as the base and lined with non-metallic materials, the maximum working pressure is not greater than 1.6MPa, and the temperature of the conveying medium is generally not high. above 80℃; the shell is made of non-metallic materials such as thermosetting plastics, the maximum working pressure is not greater than 0.6MPa, and the temperature of the conveying medium is not higher than 80℃.
