- 1.0.1 This technical condition specifies the requirements for materials, construction, inspection and acceptance of furnace lining masonry in the general chemical industry. This technical condition applies to general chemical industry furnaces. 1.0.2 The chemical industrial furnace lining in this technical condition refers to a lining formed by a combination of one, two or more materials such as refractory bricks, insulating refractory bricks, refractory castables and refractory fibers. If the design has special requirements, they should be noted in the design documents. 1.0.3 The chemical industry furnace and kiln masonry projects must be constructed according to the design. 1.0.4 The safety technology and labor protection during the construction of chemical industry furnace and kiln masonry projects must comply with current relevant national standards.
