- 1.0.1 These regulations are formulated in accordance with the national design specifications and the relevant standards of the Ministry of Chemical Industry and with reference to the design technical regulations of the relevant ministries. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the power design of newly built, renovated or expanded fertilizer plants. 1.0.3 In addition to complying with these regulations, the power design of fertilizer plants should also comply with the current relevant national standards and implement relevant national directive documents.
