Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements for hard rubber trees used in lead-acid batteries. This standard applies to hard rubber materials for lead-acid batteries used in motor vehicles and construction machinery with an operating temperature of -50 to 60°C.
