- Scope
- This standard specifies the manufacturing, inspection and acceptance of spiral finned tubes made of base tubes and steel strips using high-frequency resistance welding. This standard applies to steel high-frequency resistance welded spiral fin tubes in petrochemical, machinery, metallurgy, light industry, food and other industries. In addition to the design documents, the manufacturing of finned tubes should also comply with the provisions of this standard. Fin tubes made of Cr-Mo alloy steel, stainless acid-resistant steel and heat-resistant steel shall comply with the provisions of this standard except that the welding rate shall be as specified in the design document.
