- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, storage and safety, health and environmental protection requirements for various colors of perchlorethylene enamel. This standard applies to various colored perchlorethylene enamels prepared from perchlorethylene resin, alkyd resin, plasticizers, pigments, extender pigments (semi-gloss enamels) and organic mixed solvents.
