- 1.0.1 This regulation is formulated to standardize and standardize the grounding design of the automation system of chemical equipment, to ensure the stable and accurate operation of the automation system and to ensure the safety of people and equipment. 1.0.2 This regulation applies to the grounding design of instrument detection and control, PLC, DCS and computer systems of newly built, renovated and expanded chemical equipment. This provision does not apply to lightning protection grounding of instrument systems. 1.0.3 When implementing these regulations, it should still comply with the relevant national standards.
