- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging, transportation and storage of blue gel indicators, color-changing silica gel and cobalt-free color-changing silica gel. This standard applies to blue gel indicators, color-changing silica gel and cobalt-free color-changing silica gel made by other processes using silica gel as raw material and dip-dyed with cobalt chloride. Blue gel indicator is mainly used to indicate the saturation degree of desiccant and the relative humidity of the space medium in sealed packages and precision instruments; color-changing silica gel is mainly used as a desiccant and indicator, and is used for moisture-proofing general sealed packages and instruments. ; Cobalt-free color-changing silica gel can often be used as a substitute for blue gel indicators and color-changing silica gel.
