HG/T 3100-2004 Rubber, vulcanized and thermoplastic - Preformed gaskets used in buildings - Classification, specification and test methods (English Version)
This standard specifies a classification system for preformed gasket materials for buildings and is applicable to the following products: a) Gaskets surrounding door and window frames, that is, door and window windshield seals (dynamic gaskets); b) Glass assembly gaskets (static gasket); c) Gasket used around fillings; d) Gasket used between parts of the facade of a building; e) Gasket used between brickwork walls. In addition to stipulating the required properties of the constituent materials, some practical tests of the gasket itself are also stipulated. Relevant test methods are given in the appendix. This standard applies to preformed gaskets made of vulcanized rubber and thermoplastic rubber. It is also suitable for porous rubber with a design use temperature between -20°C and +55°C (thermal condition type P1) and a design use temperature between -40°C and +70°C (thermal condition type P3).
