- This standard specifies the performance test items and test methods for horizontal lathes. This standard is applicable to ordinary grade (V grade) and precision grade (IV grade) horizontal lathes, saddle lathes, screwless lathes, chuck lathes and spherical lathes with a maximum rotation diameter of 250 to 1250mm and a maximum workpiece length of 16000mm.
