Scope
This technical specification stipulates the requirements for the production, processing, trade and labeling of organic food. This technical specification applies to the following products that implement or plan to implement organic production technical specifications: 1) unprocessed crop products; 2) animals and added animal products; 3) products produced from one or more plant or animal raw materials Crop or animal processed products intended for human consumption.
