Scope
This provision is used to calculate the strength of pressure components of chemical industrial furnaces. In addition to these regulations, the relevant parts should comply with the laws, regulations and regulations on boilers and pressure vessels such as the "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Steam Boilers" and "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Pressure Vessels" issued by the state. 1.1.1 This regulation applies to the strength calculation of pressure components of newly built chemical industrial furnaces. 1.1.2 This provision applies to the strength calculation of the pressure components of the following direct flame-heated chemical industrial furnaces. 1.1.2.1 A rolled furnace tube with a design pressure less than or equal to 24MPa and a design temperature less than or equal to 900°C, made of seamless steel pipes and pipe fittings rolled from carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and heat-resistant steel. 1.1.2.2 A centrifugally cast furnace tube with a design pressure less than or equal to 5MPa and a design temperature less than or equal to 1100°C, which is composed of centrifugally cast heat-resistant alloy tubes and pipe fittings assembled and welded together. 1.1.2.3 Pipe fittings of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant steel, heat-resistant cast steel, carbon steel and alloy steel castings, such as collection pipes, elbows, blue tubes, fork-shaped pipes, tapered pipes, etc. . 1.1.3 This provision also applies to the calculation of the strength of internal pressure cylinders, heads and components of various newly built chemical industrial furnaces with refractory linings, such as gasifiers, two-stage reformers, waste heat boiler tube boxes, etc.
