- This regulation stipulates the basic regulations for the protection and repair of outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan City, the requirements for protection and repair survey and inspection and appraisal, protection and repair design, protection and repair construction, and completion acceptance. This regulation applies to the protection and repair of outstanding historical buildings within the administrative region of Wuhan City. The protection and repair of other historical buildings can be carried out with reference to this procedure under the same technical conditions.
