Scope

This standard applies to various types of SBS modified asphalt prepared by mixing method, mixing method, latex method and matrix method. The tested SBS modified asphalt and its base asphalt shall respectively comply with the "Technical Specifications for Construction of Highway Asphalt Pavement" (JTG F40 -2004) "Technical Requirements for Polymer Modified Asphalt" and "Technical Requirements for Road Petroleum Asphalt".
