Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions and tolerances of resistance spot welding electrode joints. The taper should be such that the electrode joint can be fixed on the electrode handle and the electrode cap can be fixed on the electrolytic joint. This standard applies to resistance spot welding electrode joints under general conditions of use.
