- This standard specifies the basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, experimental methods, acceptance rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of 16mm film projection objectives. This standard applies to objective lenses for 16mm movie projectors. It does not apply to objective lenses used in special occasions such as zoom lenses and televisions. It also does not apply to objective lenses such as anamorphic add-on lenses and zoom kit lenses that do not have the function of projecting objective lenses when used alone.
