Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of internal combustion engine intake and exhaust valves (hereinafter referred to as valves). This standard applies to reciprocating piston internal combustion engine valves with a cylinder diameter of less than 200mm.
