- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of low-pressure turbine expanders. This standard is applicable to centripetal turbine expanders that obtain cooling capacity through expansion during the air separation and liquefaction process, and the inlet pressure is not greater than 1.6MPa (absolute pressure). This standard does not apply to expanders with two-phase gas and liquid working fluids.
