- This document provides guidance and suggestions on the operating procedures and assessment methods of building property insurance fire risk assessment (hereinafter referred to as fire risk assessment), and gives the basic elements and relevant information that should be considered in building property insurance fire risk assessment. This document is applicable to the fire risk assessment of residential buildings, public buildings, factories, warehouses and other civil and industrial buildings covered by property insurance.
