- This standard specifies the method for determining the roundness error by using three measuring points of the measuring sensor to sample, through error separation and calculating the radius change, and the accuracy assessment of the instrument. This standard is applicable to use any of the following circle centers to evaluate the deviation of the part contour from the ideal circle under given conditions and through contour transformation.
