Scope

This standard specifies the technical conditions, inspection methods, inspection rules, markings and certification documents for high-speed tool steel forgings. This standard applies to high-speed tool steel forgings that have been upsetting or repeatedly upsetting. New high-speed tool steel tool forgings other than those specified in this standard may also be used by reference.
