Scope

This standard specifies the environmental conditions, technical requirements and test methods for battery industrial vehicles. This standard applies to battery-operated industrial vehicles with battery voltages of 96V and below that are not driven on highways. This standard does not apply to batteries, motors, control devices and other components of other industrial vehicles.
