Scope: This standard specifies the type and size, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of the ZJY shaft-mounted cylindrical gear reducer. This standard applies to ZJY type shaft-mounted reducers with parallel shafts and involute cylindrical gears with zigzag axis arrangements. It is mainly used for driving devices of belt conveyors and bucket elevators, and can also be used for transmission devices of other types of mechanical equipment. The speed of the high-speed shaft should not exceed 1500r/min; the working environment temperature is -40~+40℃. When it is lower than 5℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 10℃ before starting.
