Scope

This standard specifies the ordering requirements, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for stainless steel blade castings of Francis turbine welded runner. This standard is applicable to the ordering, manufacturing and inspection of stainless steel blades for welded runner of Francis turbines of various specifications. It is the basis for delivery of blanks or rough grinding or rough processing by the supplier.
