Scope

This standard specifies the method of using a contact instrument to measure the radius change to determine the roundness and waviness errors of bearing parts at specified locations and the error assessment method. This standard is applicable to the measurement and evaluation of roundness and waviness errors of various types of rolling bearing finished parts with a diameter of 3mm to 350mm.
