Scope
This standard specifies the type of reduction motor. Basic parameters and dimensions, technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules, as well as requirements for marking, packaging, warranty period, etc. This standard applies to YCJ series reduction motors with frame sizes 71 to 280. The motor power is 0.55 to 15kW, the output speed is about 15 to 600r/min, and the output torque is about 9 to 3200N·m. The reduction motor uses external meshing involute cylindrical gears. It is divided into single-stage, two-stage and three-stage reduction transmission, and can operate in forward and reverse directions. YCJ series gear reduction three-phase asynchronous motor (frame size 71 ~ 280) is a derivative series of Y series (IP44) three-phase asynchronous motor. It is coupled by a drag motor and a gear reduction device.
