Scope

This standard specifies the risk factors of the on-board hydrogen system of fuel cell rail vehicles and the basic requirements for risk control. This standard applies to on-board hydrogen systems and components for fuel cell trams and fuel cell intercity EMUs that use gaseous hydrogen. Other fuel cell rail vehicles may be implemented as a reference.
