- This standard specifies the measurement methods for the pumping rate, ultimate pressure, power consumption and operating temperature of volumetric vacuum pumps. This standard is applicable to the performance measurement of volumetric vacuum pumps whose ultimate pressure is less than 100Pa and can directly exhaust to the atmospheric space.
