- This standard specifies the basic parameters, technical conditions, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and storage conditions of piezoelectric acceleration sensors. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, use and maintenance of vibration and shock sensors that use materials with piezoelectric effects as transducer elements. This standard does not apply to built-in circuits and other piezoelectric acceleration sensors with special requirements.
