- This standard specifies methods for testing the thermal electromotive force of refractory metal thermocouple wires in the temperature range of 1200 to 2300°C - the blackbody cavity method and the comparison method. This standard is applicable to the measurement of thermal electromotive force of WRe3-WRe25, WRe5-WRe26 thermocouple wires specified in ZBN05003 in the temperature range of 1200~2300℃. Other types of refractory metal thermocouple wires can also be used with reference.
