Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking and packaging of spring tension and compression testing machines. This standard applies to spring tension and/or pressure testing machines (hereinafter referred to as testing machines) with a maximum capacity of less than 1000kN.
