Scope

This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging and transportation of dry evaporators for Freon refrigeration devices. This standard applies to separately supplied evaporators for air conditioning using R22 as the refrigerant and water as the secondary refrigerant.
