- Scope
- This standard specifies the general test methods for modules composed of arm pairs, single-phase bridge modules, three-phase bridge modules, anti-parallel arm pairs and other electrical interconnect structures composed of reverse blocking three-level thyristor dies. This standard applies to thyristor arm pair modules, single-phase bridge modules, three-phase bridge modules, anti-parallel arm pair modules and other thyristor modules of 5A or above (including 5A). Corresponding components composed of thyristors can also be used with reference.
