Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of seafood hydrolyzed seasoning products. This standard applies to a compound seasoning made from aquatic animal hydrolysates, monosodium glutamate, edible salt and other auxiliary materials as raw materials, with fillers added and processed through mixing, drying and other processes.
