DBS42/ 014-2021 Local Food Safety Standard Sugar Osmanthus This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, technical requirements, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of sugar osmanthus. This standard applies to sugared osmanthus made by mixing or boiling fresh osmanthus (Osmanthus fragrans) with sugar and/or honey and syrup after screening, salt (sugar) pickling and other processes, with or without the addition of other auxiliary materials.
