- JB 8677-1997 This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of explosion-proof circuit breakers for factory use (hereinafter referred to as circuit breakers). This standard is applicable to AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, and is mainly used for circuit breakers in Zone 1 or Zone 2 explosion hazardous locations containing explosive gas mixtures.
