- JB/T 8676-1997 This standard was compiled to improve the standard system for explosion-proof electrical products in my country. This standard specifies the requirements, sampling, test methods, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of explosion-proof switches, isolators, isolating switches and fuse combination electrical appliances (hereinafter referred to as electrical appliances) for factory use. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing and acceptance of electrical appliances. The electrical appliance is mainly used in explosion-hazardous places containing explosive gas mixtures in Zone 1 or Zone 2, as the connection, load-bearing and isolation power supply for circuits with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V or DC 220V and below. Note: The structure of factory explosion-proof switch (or isolator, isolation switch) can be rotary, knife-shaped, cam-controlled, etc.
