Scope: This standard specifies eight basic types of built-in single-end welded metal bellows mechanical seals for pumps, working parameters, main dimensions, material codes, model representation methods, technical requirements, test and inspection methods, installation and use requirements, etc. This standard applies to built-in welded metal bellows mechanical seals for rotating shafts in pumps and similar machinery. Its working parameters are: working pressure 0～3.5 MPa; working temperature -75～+260℃ (transmission medium temperature -75～+400℃); the main engine sealing shaft speed is not more than 8000 r/m1n or the linear speed is not more than 50 m /s; install the sealed shaft or sleeve with an outer diameter of 20 to 120 mm. Mainly used in clean or particle-containing media such as oils, light hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons, organic solvents, weak acids, alkali, water, ammonia, etc.
