This standard specifies the dynamic force calibration method for axial loading fatigue testing machines. This standard is applicable to the calibration of fatigue testing machines used for fatigue testing in accordance with GB/T 3075 by applying pulsating force and alternating force along the axis of a specimen that is axially symmetrical with the longitudinal axis. This standard does not apply to the calibration of special testing machines and testing equipment. When parts, components and asymmetric specimens need to be tested, there is no need to calibrate the dynamic force of the testing machine. Generally, the stress on the sample is measured and determined through resistance strain gauges pasted on the sample as required. This standard applies not only to the calibration of testing machines newly shipped from the manufacturer, but also to the calibration of testing machines in use. However, in the latter case, some calibration items can be inspected based on actual usage requirements. Note: The dynamic force calibration method of testing machines described in this standard originated from the inspection methods used by laboratories for routine inspection of their testing machines.
