- This standard specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of rotary kilns. This standard is applicable to rotary kilns with diameters of 1.6 to 4.8 m used for calcining clinker in industrial sectors such as cement, building materials, chemicals, metallurgy, and papermaking. When the diameter exceeds the above range, it can also be used as a reference.
