- Scope
- This standard specifies the types, basic parameters, dimensions and technical requirements of three series of helical cylindrical gear reducers: QJR, QJS and QJRS. The reducer specified in this standard is applicable to all relevant mechanisms of cranes, and can also be used in the transmission mechanisms of various mechanical equipment such as transportation, metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, and light industry. Its working conditions should meet the following requirements: a) The gear circumferential speed is not greater than 16m/s; b) The high-speed shaft speed is not greater than 1000r/min; c) The working environment temperature is -40℃~+45℃; d) It can be forward and reverse. Operates in both directions.
