Scope
This standard is applicable to the determination of the heat of fusion, melting point, heat of crystallization, and crystallization temperature of electrical insulating materials using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The typical measurement temperature range is -100~+500℃. Depending on the instrument used, this temperature range can be extended. This method is mainly suitable for thermally stable materials with clear boundaries between endothermic and exothermic behaviors.
